About the Role
Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets
Polish floors and dust/polish furniture
Wash windows, adjust shades, and replace light bulbs
Clean desks, countertops, and sanitize restrooms, sinks, urinals, and toilets
Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles
Identify and report maintenance needs within the building
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
No experience required. Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Possession of or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license.
Minimum Hourly Rate
